Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingredients

Sift together:

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

add

2 eggs

1 can #303 fruit cocktail


icing

1/3 cup sugar

¾ cup evaporated milk, Milnot

¼ cup oleo

1 cup coconut or ½ cup nuts.

Directions

Beat with mixer.

Bake 35 minutes or more at 325 degrees.

Ice while hot.

Boil icing ingredients until thick.

Add: coconut or milk
